We schedule 15–20 warm appointments per week for you. These are homeowners who initially contacted us, not cold-calling prospects.

What You'll Be Doing
Your days are efficient, with appointments scheduled by area. You focus on talking to customers, not cold-calling.
You handle every call and treat customers fairly from first contact to long after the sale. This keeps your calendar full and allows you to spend time assessing properties, presenting solutions, and closing deals.

Who We're Looking For
This role works well for two types of people:
- People with sales experience, including roofing, windows, siding, HVAC, solar, pest control, real estate, timeshare/vacation ownership, or big-ticket in-home consultations.
- People who have sold without a formal sales title, such as those who have served, run their own businesses, or worked trades, spending years building trust and closing deals.
Veterans are encouraged to apply. Preference is given to those who have successfully sold gutters, though this background isn't required to apply. Applicants must be 21+, have a valid Florida driver's license, reliable transportation, and be able to travel daily across the Clermont, Lakeland, Kissimmee, and Villages service area.
