Position Overview

As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative/Appointment Setter, you’ll serve as the first point of contact with homeowners by canvassing residential neighborhoods, introducing Allied Exteriors, creating interest, and setting qualified in-home appointments for our sales team.

What You’ll Do

  • Canvass residential neighborhoods door-to-door and engage homeowners face-to-face
  • Introduce Allied Exteriors’ premium metal roofing solutions with confidence and professionalism
  • Generate interest and set qualified in-home consultations (demos) for the sales team
  • Build rapport quickly with homeowners in a direct sales environment
  • Work outdoors daily while managing assigned neighborhoods and territories
  • Track appointments, activity, and performance metrics consistently
  • Represent the company with professionalism, energy, and a positive attitude
  • Follow proven canvassing and lead-generation systems provided during training

  • Experienced in customer-facing roles (strong communicators)

  • Comfortable in a door-to-door, face-to-face sales environment

Must Have

  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work outdoors and walk neighborhoods for extended periods
  • Strong work ethic, consistency, and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently while staying motivated in the field

Paid Training

Paid training in door-to-door canvassing, communication, and lead generation
