Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients.

  • Track daily field activity using a Salesforce-based CRM.
  • Contribute to recruiting, training, and leadership development efforts.

  • Excellent leadership and supervisory abilities.
  • Customer service or sales experience is preferred.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).

Requirements

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Clean background check and reliable transportation required.
  • 45-day evaluation period before advancement opportunities.

Compensation

Weekly pay, with a first-year average of $70,000–$85,000.
