Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships and leverage consultative selling techniques to drive sales growth.
- Communicate and negotiate effectively, educating clients about policy options and benefits.
- Provide outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Generate new business and cross-sell existing customers over the phone.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Document each customer contact and treat it as a cross and upsell opportunity including financial products.
- Verify customer information such as phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and upsell opportunity including financial products.
- Collaborate with underwriters to ensure the best possible terms and conditions for clients' policies.
Requirements

Qualifications
- You are responsible for achieving sales goals by generating new business and cross-selling existing customers, which you do over the phone.
- We provide you with leads from multiple sources so you can quote and sell to reach your targets.
- You are to give an outstanding customer experience on every interaction by offering Insurance products and educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets.
- You must take the necessary license, products, and compliance training.
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through networking and referrals.
- Collaborate with underwriters to ensure the best possible terms and conditions for clients' policies.
Pay
Salary Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Hourly Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities
