About the role
Teltonika US is seeking a Regional IoT Sales Specialist to join their team in New York or New Jersey. This position is part of the Networks Sales team, focusing on Teltonika’s industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, including routers, switches, gateways, and modems, used in complex areas like Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to market research, generate leads, and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call to potential clients
- Reach out to new potential clients through daily cold calling, email, and LinkedIn communication
- Arrange presentation meetings with potential clients and present our solutions
- Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve assigned sales goals
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients through daily contact and frequent visits
- Attend exhibitions/meetings to represent Teltonika and its products with solutions
- Work with an in-house built CRM System to log-in accounts, leads, contacts, and opportunities according to best practices
Requirements
- Have 2+ years of B2B sales experience in the North American market
- Are result-oriented and challenge-driven
- Are highly self-motivated, with excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Have good understanding of customer relations and huge motivation to work in B2B sales
- Have the ambition to generate strong earnings by expanding local B2B opportunities with an innovative product from Lithuania
- Are able to travel
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Experience with CRM systems
- Knowledge of IoT and industrial networking solutions

Pay
$80,000 - $101,000 + uncapped commissions. Real potential to develop career opportunities in IoT industry, incentives + referral bonuses.
