Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities through key customer contacts and industry information for the sale of Company products and services.
- Process all sales information in completeness and timeliness to support customer requirements.
- Meet and/or exceed assigned sales and customer objectives.
- Negotiate contract terms favorable to the Company.
- Establish favorable client relationships.
- Analyze customer needs and secure desirable business through application of Company products and services.
- Prepare estimates for the sale of Company products and services.
Requirements
- Two years of experience in the elevator or construction-related industry.
- Degree in Business Administration or Engineering preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of Company products, services, and procedures.
- Negotiation skills and sales techniques required to sell Company products and services.
- Understanding of operating environment, national and local code requirements, and Company policies.
- Previous experience in a Schindler position is a plus.
