Responsibilities
- Grow volume and gain distribution in the assigned territory.
- Identify new opportunities, motivate distributor sales teams, and develop relationships with key accounts.
- Execute sell-through and merchandising initiatives for retail accounts.
- Achieve sales goals using Encompass data and maintain a consistent visitation schedule.
- Maintain proper beer inventory levels and monitor product freshness.
- Represent Guardian at tastings, tap events, and conferences.
- Conduct training and ride-withs with supplier sales representatives.
- Host on-premise demonstrations and presentations.
- Perform administrative tasks such as expense reports and work calendars.
Skills
- Prior Sales Experience (retail, distributor route, or business development)
- Experience in on and off premise segments
- Passionate fan of craft beer and knowledge about craft beer styles and trends
- Strong customer service skills and supportive, collaborative attitudes
- Positive attitude and 'can do, get it done' mentality
Requirements
- 3-4 years’ experience in sales and customer service
- Computer skills: Google Drive, Encompass, VIP
- Clean driving record
