Sales Representative - Los Angeles - Guardian Distributors of So Cal

Responsibilities

  • Grow volume and gain distribution in the assigned territory.
  • Identify new opportunities, motivate distributor sales teams, and develop relationships with key accounts.
  • Execute sell-through and merchandising initiatives for retail accounts.
  • Achieve sales goals using Encompass data and maintain a consistent visitation schedule.
  • Maintain proper beer inventory levels and monitor product freshness.
  • Represent Guardian at tastings, tap events, and conferences.
  • Conduct training and ride-withs with supplier sales representatives.
  • Host on-premise demonstrations and presentations.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as expense reports and work calendars.

Skills

  • Prior Sales Experience (retail, distributor route, or business development)
  • Experience in on and off premise segments
  • Passionate fan of craft beer and knowledge about craft beer styles and trends
  • Strong customer service skills and supportive, collaborative attitudes
  • Positive attitude and 'can do, get it done' mentality

Requirements

  • 3-4 years’ experience in sales and customer service
  • Computer skills: Google Drive, Encompass, VIP
  • Clean driving record
