What You'll Be Doing
- Possess proven experience in inside-outside sales, particularly in logistics or freight brokerage.
- Develop and manage new client relationships through networking, cold outreach, and referrals.
- Nurture existing customer relationships to maximize revenue.
- Present tailored logistics solutions to clients based on market trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and service.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity using CRM systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience in inside-outside sales, particularly in logistics or freight brokerage.
- A hunter mentality with strong account management and client-facing communication skills.
- Data-savvy mindset to analyze customer needs and market trends.
- Experience with tech sales or CRM tools is a plus.
