Sales Representative (Leads Provided)

About the role

You will work closely with potential and current customers, guiding them through the process of converting from traditional power usage to clean, cost-effective solar energy. Consultants are vital in helping interested homeowners understand the importance of being energy efficient while proactively earning their business. You must own the sales process with an account manager mindset from acquisition to close, but no worries - you will be supported by the best customer service, operations, and in-house install teams in the business.

Responsibilities

• Guide homeowners through conversion to solar energy
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of energy efficiency and clean energy
• Own the sales process from acquisition to close
• Capitalize on sales opportunities from provided leads and personal referrals
• Conduct in-home presentations and proposals
• Continuously learn and grow through training initiatives

Requirements

• Any sort of sales experience (any duration)
• Valid driver's license

Pay

Average full‑time $120,000 – $200,000 yearly, with an upside of $260,000+ plus $500 weekly + aggressive commission. Average commission on one closed deal: $2,500 – $7,500.
