Sales Representative (Leads Provided)

You will work closely with potential and current customers

• Guiding them through the process of converting from traditional power usage to clean, cost-effective solar energy
• Helping interested homeowners understand the importance of being energy efficient while proactively earning their business

What We’re Looking For:

• Passionate Selling: Individuals who consider themselves the top in their field with a burning desire to achieve and a passion for competition
• Relationship Building: Desire to educate homeowners on the positive effects of being energy efficient, and the benefits of clean energy, including energy cost savings and worthwhile investment to increase home value
• Pipeline Excellence: Ability to capitalize on sales opportunities at customer homes from 5-7 provided daily leads via setters/call centers and supplement with personal leads and referrals
• Ambitious and Resilient: Own the Sale or be Sold mentality with in-home presentations and proposals
• Training Initiative: Eagerness to continuously learn and grow - our comprehensive training program will give you the tools to guarantee success!

Sales Associate Requirements:

• Any sort of sales experience of any duration!
• Valid driver's license

Sales Associate Compensation:

• Average full-time $150,000 - $250,000 yearly, with an upside of $300,000+
• $500 weekly + aggressive commission
• Average Commission on one closed deal ($2,500 - $7,500)
