You will work closely with potential and current customers, guiding them through the process of converting from traditional power usage to clean, cost-effective solar energy. Consultants are vital in helping interested homeowners understand the importance of being energy efficient while proactively earning their business.
Individuals who consider themselves the top in their field with a burning desire to achieve and a passion for competition, desire to educate homeowners on the positive effects of being energy efficient, and the benefits of clean energy, including energy cost savings and worthwhile investment to increase home value, ability to capitalize on sales opportunities at customer homes from provided leads via setters/call centers and supplement with personal leads and referrals, own the Sale or be Sold mentality with in-home presentations and proposals, and eagerness to continuously learn and grow - our comprehensive training program will give you the tools to guarantee success!
Requirements
Any sort of sales experience of any duration!
Valid driver's license
Compensation
Average full-time $120,000 - $200,000 yearly, with an upside of $260,000+
$500 weekly + aggressive commission
Average Commission on one closed deal ($2,500 - $7,500)
