Responsibilities

• Follow up on web leads, calls, and referrals
• Meet with homeowners and property managers
• Perform property evaluations and service recommendations
• Prepare and present estimates and service packages
• Closely with homeowners and property managers to close lawn care and sprinkler service agreements
• Collaborate with the operations team for smooth onboarding
• Implement marketing strategies to boost sales
• Track pipeline activity in CRM
• Maintain consistent follow-up until decision
• Build referral relationships with customers and partners
• Meet monthly and seasonal sales targets
• Communicate with operations team for smooth onboarding

Qualifications

• Strong communication and closing skills
• Comfortable meeting customers in person
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Organized and consistent with follow-up
• Valid driver’s license
• Comfortable using CRM and mobile apps
• Able to work independently in the field
