General Job Description

This positions main responsibility is to handle customer inquiries and to support internal departments on customer issues and prepare reports and quotes, entry of purchase orders and delivery follow up.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Good interpersonal communication, customer service, relationship building, and time management skills essential.
  • Ability to read, write and understand English required.
  • Must demonstrate good math skills.
  • Ability to operate a personal computer and various applications (SAP, MS Office) for word processing, spreadsheets, email, and etcetera's.
  • Color Discernment.
  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • Previous office experience desired
