Sales Representative Inside

Responsibilities

• Makes outbound and incoming calls to achieve sales and call goals.
• Aids Inside Sales Manager in achieving Company income and expense budgets by implementing marketing strategies.
• Increases sales through efficient management of promotional spending within client guidelines.
• Mets or exceeds clients' goals for sales, distribution, and promotional volume by coordinating with all related departments for assigned customer.
• Utilizes appropriate sales materials and data to deliver fact-based solutions to customers.
• Achieves incremental growth by pursuing volume-producing merchandising at assigned customer account.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to shift between multiple duties with accuracy and manage frequent interruptions and competing deadlines.
• Demonstrates a high level of result-oriented performance.
