About the role
As a Sales Representative at WillScot, you'll be working onsite at our new Scottsdale, AZ Headquarters. You will be driving our growth by connecting customers with solutions that truly make a difference in how they operate.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone to identify and qualify sales opportunities in the territory you are supporting
- Engage and build relationships with prospective customers
- Act as a trusted advisor to understand their needs, challenges, and project requirements
- Recommend appropriate products and services tailored to each customer's specific use case
- Effectively communicate the company's value proposition
- Manage and advance opportunities through the sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Meet or exceed sales KPIs and performance goals
- Deliver a strong customer experience
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with both internal and field leadership & colleagues
Qualifications
- BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: High School degree, Strong Communication Skills, Ability to work out of the Scottsdale, AZ office Mon-Fri during business hours
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree, Strong relationship building and customer service mindset, Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment, Proactive and ownership driven mindset, Previous phone sales experience (training provided)
