Cultivation and Management

Cultivate and manage a book of business with an annual revenue of at least $3M by the end of your 18th month of employment.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business plans, negotiate contracts, and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with new and existing accounts that lead to increased revenue, repeat business, and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
  • Identify and pursue cost reduction opportunities that provide value to a prospective and/or existing customer.
  • Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and provide data to support informed decision making by management.
  • Work closely with internal support departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Promptly escalate issues and concerns to production, design and other critical functions to improve quality, service and deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Special projects and assignments as business dictates.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 4-6 years of business, sales, marketing, product/brand management, or manufacturing/production experience required
  • Previous experience in manufacturing/corrugated packaging sales preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Project management experience
  • Design and graphics experience preferred
  • Technical experience with carton erecting equipment preferred
  • Must have attention to detail and focused concentration
  • Must be able to learn new tasks and complete tasks independently
  • Must be able to make timely decisions in the context of the workflow
  • Must possess strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and responsiveness
  • Must be able to complete tasks that require a particular speed or productivity quota

  • Sit and use hands to handle or feel
  • Frequent talking or hearing
  • Occasional reaching with hands and arms

Work Environment

  • Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
  • Normal office environment
