About the role

The Sales Representative I is accountable for pursuing knowledge and understanding of Incora’s products, sales philosophy and practice, with the goal of becoming a primary point of contact for customer inside sales coverage; and applying sales initiatives, policies and programs in support of business plans and strategic objectives, necessary to meet annual department and individual goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts, process RFQs/orders, maintain relationships, and drive revenue growth through responsive sales support and account management.
  • Respond to RFQs (requests for quote) in a timely manner.
  • Prepare pricing and quotations.
  • Follow up on open quotes to convert opportunities into orders.
  • Process purchase orders and sales orders accurately.
  • Resolve customer issues related to pricing, shortages, delays, or returns.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Cookordination with Outside Sales / Account Managers.
  • Review customer spend trends and buying patterns.
  • Support contract pricing and long-term agreements.
  • Work with purchasing, planning, warehouse, and suppliers on delivery commitments.
  • Expedite late orders and manage backorders.
  • Provide order status updates and shipment tracking.
  • Aid in inventory solutions and stocking programs.
  • Maintain CRM / ERP records.
  • Track bookings, sales, margins, and pipeline.
  • Support month-end revenue goals and AOP targets.

Requirements

  • Sales or customer service experience.
  • Aerospace, distribution, or supply chain background preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • ERP/CRM experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Excel / reporting skills.
  • Revenue growth, Quote conversion rate, Margin performance, Customer retention, On-time response, Order accuracy.

  • Customer service experience.
  • Aerospace, distribution, or supply chain background.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • ERP/CRM experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.).

  • Strong Excel / reporting skills.
