The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
- Lead strategic account development and sustainable business growth across assigned hospital accounts
- Implement high-impact sales initiatives that drive product adoption and market expansion
- Determine customer needs and identify opportunities to maximize commercial success
- Support clinical excellence through product education, training and expert consultation
- Demonstrate willingness to provide responsive on-call support to meet customer and patient needs
This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.
Your Skills And Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or a related field
- Sales experience in hospital market with medical devices or pharmaceutical products in Israel
- Strong communication, relationship-building and influencing skills
- Customer-centric and results-oriented mindset
- Problem-solving, resilience and adaptability
- Collaboration and teamwork
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Product presentation and training capability
- CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel and provide on-call support when required
- Fluency in Hebrew and English
Work Location
Remote
Travel may include up to 15% international and 80% domestic.
