About the Role
Our client is an established provider of Hospice services with an opening for a Sales Representative in the Springfield, IL area and surrounding counties. Ideal candidates have Home Health, Home Care, or Hospice business development experience, though other healthcare sales experience may be considered. Local candidates with existing referral source relationships that will refer to a Medicare-certified Hospice agency are required.
Responsibilities
- Bring in referrals and admissions to consistently grow census.
- Establish relationships with new referral sources and clients.
- Work collaboratively with leadership to implement sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Healthcare sales and business development experience.
- Connections with local referral sources.
- Willingness to travel extensively ("road warrior" role).
