Responsibilities
- Vet leads according to the sales process, including meeting clients in their homes.
- Qualify each prospect's wants and needs, budget, and timeline for their project.
- Price projects using the pricing model in the system.
- Create cabinet layouts, renderings, and plans based on customer needs and present these to the client for approval.
- Gather information for the Lookbook and prepare proposals for customers.
- Work with the design team to prepare 3D and elevation renderings based on client preferences.
- Create proposals and related information to present to customers with the goal of making a sale.
- Revise quotes or drawings as needed based on customer feedback.
- Keep clients informed about the status of their orders and projects, including timelines and addressing any questions.
- Perform a final walkthrough with clients and collect payment.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience in remodeling is a plus.
- Highly motivated, able to work independently, dependable, with a strong work ethic.
- Optimistic, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and French).
- A professional demeanor suitable for working in clients' homes.
