What you’ll do (and why you’ll love doing it)

• Earn what you want with security: Base pay, onsite hours with benefits and commission on cemetery sales for inside sales roles. (approx. range of $100,000–$150,000 annually).
• For outside sales roles, enjoy a higher level of independence and community impact with lead generation at no cost and uncapped commissions (approx. range of $80,000-$130,000 annually).

Requirements

• Current life insurance license (or ability to obtain one)
• 3–5 years of consultative or relationship-based sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• Strong closing abilities and a service-first mindset
• Motivation to grow personally and professionally
