Sales Representative - Facility Services
About the role
Cintas, a Fortune 500 company, seeks a goal-oriented, motivated, and energetic Sales Representative to join its growing Outside Sales team. This role involves providing customers with facility services solutions through industry-leading products and hands-on assistance.
Responsibilities
- Possess the ability to prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory.
- Utilize the CRM system to identify, prospect, close new business, and consistently meet weekly sales goals and quotas.
- Apply the learnings from the Cintas Sales Training Program, including cold-calling, in-person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, objection-handling, and closing.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in new business-to-business (B2B) sales.

- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
