Sales Representative - Facility Services

Responsibilities

• Possess industry-leading products and provide hands-on help with the details of your customers' workdays.
• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your respective territory using our CRM.
• Apply the learnings from the Cintas Sales Training Program, including cold-calling, in-person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, objection-handling, and closing.
• Consistently achieve weekly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and quotas.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Hands-on training program & certification

Skills

• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Preferred: Prior sales experience (1 year+) in a similar role
• Preferred: Prior new business-to-business (B2B) sales experience

Pay

A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $60,000 - $150,000/Year and is a combination of base salary plus earned commissions.
