Sales Representative - Facility Services
About the role

We seek a goal-oriented, motivated, and energetic Sales Representative to join our Outside Sales team. In this business-to-business (B2B) sales role, you will provide customers with solutions to their facility services needs by offering industry-leading products and hands-on support. You will apply skills from the Cintas Sales Training Program, including cold-calling, in-person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, objection-handling, and closing.
As an Outside Sales team member, you will prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory, using our CRM to identify, close new business, and consistently achieve weekly sales goals and quotas.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your assigned territory.
- Utilize CRM to identify, prospect, and close new business.
- Apply cold-calling, in-person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, objection-handling, and closing techniques.
- Consistently achieve weekly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and quotas.
- Act as a solution-centric advisor, focusing on customer satisfaction and results.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet, and Contact Management System (CMS).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Prior sales experience (1 year+), preferably in a similar role.
- Prior new business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.

Pay
Total compensation for this role ranges between $60,000 - $150,000 per year, combining base salary and earned commissions. The range accounts for skill sets, experience, training, performance, and business needs. Compensation decisions depend on individual circumstances.
Schedule
Full-time, 1st shift.
