Key Responsibilities

- Present and promote City Wide’s janitorial and facility-maintenance services to local businesses
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals for new client acquisition
- Track activity and progress using CRM tools
- Stay informed about industry trends and local market opportunities
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of sales or customer service experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented personality
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
