Sales Representative/ Cellar Operator

About the role

NoCoast Beer Co. is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Sales Representative/Cellar Operator. This role involves brand representation, event coordination, sales, and relationship management in the craft beer industry.

Responsibilities

• Promote brands with creativity, professionalism, and enthusiasm
• Build strong partnerships with customers, retailers, distributors, and key accounts
• Plan and execute events from concept through follow-up
• Deploy branded marketing elements consistently
• Drive sales growth to meet marketplace goals
• Knowledgeable in craft beer culture, beer styles, brewing processes, and industry regulations
• Quickly obtain required certifications and adapt to fast-paced environments

Requirements

• Dependable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
• Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset
• One year of experience in cellaring or brewing within a production brewery (preferred)
• Proficient in computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
• At least 21 years of age (required)

Pay

The pay range for this position is $20 - $25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

The schedule for this position is typically Monday through Friday, with some evening and weekend events as needed.
