Sales Representative (Business Development)

We’re a boutique firm, so you’ll work directly on complex deals from your first month, in a team where your analysis is seen and used, not buried under layers of hierarchy. Job Description Generate new deals across our commercial real estate lending and financial consulting lines. Full training provided. You’ll connect with property owners and brokers by phone, email, and in person, and be measured on contacts and closings. Qualifications Sales or business development experience is a plus, but not requiredFamiliarity with sales principles and a genuine interest in building client relationshipsStrong written and spoken EnglishConfident, personable communicator who builds rapport quicklyA service-first mindset and a passion for helping clients succeed Additional Information Salary: $45K Base + Commission
