We are searching for a Handyman Service Sales Representative (BDR) who will be the face of our premium brand in our community. Your mission is to be the most trusted, accessible ally in protecting customers' most valued assets - their homes and families! You will play a vital role in expanding our network and positively impacting homeowners' lives.
What You’ll Do
- Represent TruBlue as a professional, empathetic, and trustworthy home service ally - the face of our premium quality brand in our community.
- Build Relationships throughout the community.
- Educate and Promote Brand Awareness.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations highlighting TruBlue’s services' value proposition. Whether that may be in a client’s home during an estimate or presenting at a local business organization.
- Deliver reliable and respectful service to families and individuals.
- Maintain Target Sales Goals.
- Strong background in sales.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- High EQ with a Passion for Public Speaking & Customer Service.
- Committed to quality, safety, and doing the job right.
- Reliable, courteous, and respectful in every interaction.
- Comfortable working independently and within a team.
- Qualified candidates will need a driver’s license, a reliable customer-facing vehicle.
- Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
