Sales Representative - Base Salary + Commission (200k+) - $2500 Sign-On Bonus

About the role

West Shore Home is on a mission to build the first nationwide home remodeling brand, seeking individuals with imagination, commitment, and determination who take extreme ownership of their circumstances. The company is a technology‑driven, industry‑leading home improvement specialist in Bathrooms, Flooring, Windows, and Doors, operating in over 40 locations nationwide with over 3,000 employees. Based in Kansas City, MO, the In‑Home Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for all customers, delivering the West Shore Home sales method to secure purchase agreements.

Responsibilities

• No cold‑calling or lead generation – all leads are warm and pre‑set.
• Sit down with potential customers at their homes to provide an in‑depth consultant on our products.
• Communicate the value of our products and of our installation quality.
• Work with the customer to find options that work inside their budget.
• Close sales with customers and provide required post‑sale activity.
• Sales appointments run for approximately 2 hours.

Requirements

• Ability to quickly connect with anyone in an environment
• Competitive nature with a drive to succeed
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Previous sales experience (recent grads and those from retail, hospitality, or customer‑facing roles also considered)
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into Company required systems using two‑factor authentication

Pay

• Competitive base salary
• Uncapped commission
• Annual Net Sales Bonus Program
• Signing bonus: $2,500
• Expected first‑year income earnings up to $200K+

Schedule

Rotating schedule: Weeks 1–2: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM; Weeks 3–4: Tuesday–Friday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM and Saturday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM.
