We’re seeking a motivated individual to step into the role of Sales Representative and become an integral part of our team here at College Products. You’ll have career growth opportunities in this role as we continue growing our sales team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach to university and student housing decision-makers through phone, email, and other channels.
- Actively work accounts, and maintain a punctual and accurate pipeline of customers to ensure accurate forecasting.
- Use our database and CRM to track progress with prospects.
- Nurture leads into active opportunities and move them through the sales process.
- Travel during spring and fall move-ins to support operations and strengthen customer relationships.
- Represent College Products at industry conferences to generate leads and build partnerships.
- Collaborate with the sales team and leadership to refine messaging and improve outreach strategies.
- Performing other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, economics, or communications is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfort using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and digital prospecting tools.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a high-activity sales environment.

Pay
Base Salary $45,000-$65,000
OTE $75,000 - 85,000
