About the role
StretchLab is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join their team in Venice, California. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, a love for community, and strong sales and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Aid the General Manager in new membership sales by generating leads, following up, and confirming intro classes
- Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects
- Conduct tours of the facility to establish relationships and understand individual needs and wants
- Maintain a high level of sales production and book quality appointments to meet monthly quotas
- Promote the club at special events and participate in community initiatives
- Ensure the studio is clean and tidy
Requirements
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales targets
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills via in-person, phone, and email
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in computer skills, including Club Ready software
- Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
- Occasional travel may be required
