What You’ll Be Doing
- Meet with homeowners for pre-scheduled, in-home consultations

What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in sales (home improvement or in-home sales a plus)
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset
- Ability to build rapport quickly and earn customer trust
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar is a plus)
Compensation & Benefits
$90,000 – $200,000+ per year
Uncapped commission structure
