About the role
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Representative who can translate product knowledge and customer insight into results. This role is built for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, understands automotive systems, and knows how to convert conversations into revenue.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries — delivering fast, friendly, and professional service by phone and email.
- Guide customers through product options, uncover their needs, and help them find exactly what fits — from the first question to the final sale.
- Convert leads into loyal customers using your expertise, enthusiasm, and persuasive communication skills.
- Enter and manage orders with precision, ensuring every detail is right and every customer stays informed.
- Engage with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and foster repeat business.
- Represent the company at trade shows — network, promote products, and connect with enthusiasts from all over.
- Stay sharp on industry trends, new products, and competitive offerings to keep your sales edge strong.
Requirements
- High-volume call center or inside sales experience with demonstrated performance
- Solid automotive knowledge and confidence discussing parts and systems
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Tech-savvy with digital communication tools
- A true customer service enthusiast with a love for sales and building relationships
- Integrity, trustworthiness, and the ability to build rapport quickly
Preferred
- Deep knowledge of classic cars, muscle cars, collector vehicles, and engine drive systems
- Proven inside sales success, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and time management skills
