Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue Generation
- Actively sell URGE FITNESS memberships, services, and programs through:
- High-volume outbound and inbound phone calls
- Scheduled sales appointments
- Walk-in prospects and facility tours
- Congruent sales presentations
- Follow up consistently with leads through phone calls, texts, and emails
- Overcome objections and close sales while maintaining professionalism and integrity
- Maintain strong appointment show rates through effective communication and follow-up
- Accurately log all activity in URGE FITNESS CRM and sales software
- Phone Work & Appointments
- Perform extensive daily phone outreach to new, existing, and past leads
- Schedule and conduct in-person or virtual appointments
- Maintain strong appointment show rates through effective communication and follow-up
- Accurately log all activity in URGE FITNESS CRM and sales software
Performance Expectations & Accountability
- Operate in a quota-driven environment with clearly defined monthly sales goals
- Thrive under performance pressure and take ownership of results
- Understand that earnings are solely dependent on individual sales performance
- No guaranteed income level
- Inconsistent sales performance may result in low earnings and potential separation
- Accept coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to improve results
Customer Experience & Professional Standards
- Represent URGE FITNESS with confidence, enthusiasm, and professionalism
- Provide accurate information regarding memberships, pricing, and policies
- Ensure all membership agreements are completed correctly and compliantly
- Maintain a positive, competitive, and team-oriented attitude
- Adhere to all URGE FITNESS sales processes, scripts, and ethical standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Prior sales experience preferred (fitness, retail, phone sales, or commission-based roles a plus)
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
- Competitive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
- Ability to handle rejection and remain focused
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and scheduling software
- Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to move throughout the facility during tours and appointments
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy fitness environment
- Ability to stand, walk, and engage with prospects for extended periods
Important Disclosure
This position is EXTREMELY commission-driven. Income is not guaranteed and depends entirely on the consultant’s ability to sell memberships consistently. Candidates who do not perform at required levels may not earn a sustainable income and may be separated from the position.
