Sales Representative

Surface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair provider specializing in small damage to floors, countertops, tubs, cabinets, furniture, and more.

About the role

A full-time, in-field sales position with minimal remote admin work. You’ll structure your own day, receive a steady flow of quality leads, and work during business hours—no nights or weekends. No prior industry or formal sales experience is required; we provide world-class training and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Map your route and conduct 15-minute on-site visits to book work
• Log notes and metrics in company software and coordinate with your owner/sales team
• Handle light admin and prep from home
• Participate in weekly sales coaching and ongoing support sessions

Requirements

• Coachable: eager to learn, open to feedback, takes responsibility for results, and willing to run a proven sales playbook
• Curious: comfortable asking questions and seeks to serve customers by understanding them first
• Detail-oriented: executes daily habits (routing, documenting metrics, sending follow-ups) that turn activity into revenue consistently

Schedule

Full-time during business hours (no nights or weekends). Majority of time spent in-field with minimal remote admin work.
