About the role
StretchLab Venice is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join their team. This position focuses on new membership sales and retention, utilizing the company's expertise in one-on-one assisted stretching.
Responsibilities
- Aid the General Manager in lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales
- Book and confirm introductory classes
- Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects
- Conduct tours of the facility to establish relationships and understand individual needs
- Maintain a high level of personal sales production
- Promote the club's services to current and prospective members
- Book quality appointments to meet monthly sales targets
- Follow up with leads and missed introductory classes
- Participate in special events to promote the club
- Ensure the studio is clean and tidy
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales targets
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in computer skills, including Club Ready software
- Must be able to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
- Occasional travel may be required
