Sales Representative

Overview

We're hiring multiple entry-level representatives to join our Louisville, KY team and help attract new customers to our business.

Responsibilities

• Spend days canvassing different neighborhoods around the area, engaging with potential customers, and increasing interest in our high-quality roofing, remodeling, and restoration services.
• Work independently, managing time and problem-solving skills.
• Engage with homeowners, learn about their remodeling needs, and perform roof inspections.
• Explain to customers what we can do for them and encourage them to book a service.
• Track progress and adjust strategies to close more deals.

Requirements

• 18+ years of age
• Valid driver's license
• Good driving record
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit
• Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders regularly
• Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed

Hours

• Core hours: Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Saturdays are required: 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
• We are closed for business on Sunday.

About the Role

We offer significant income growth with average earnings of $100,000+/year with uncapped commissions. Your earnings grow directly with your sales. Higher performance means higher income.
