Skalnek Ford in Lake Orion is seeking experienced automotive sales representatives to join their growing team. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the vehicles that best meet their needs.
• Educate customers on vehicle features, benefits, and available options.
• Guide customers through the financing and purchase process with clarity and confidence.
• Build rapport with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of current inventory and promotions.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new product information and sales techniques.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Ford vehicles and products.
• Experience in automotive sales or related field preferred.
• Passionate about automotive excellence.

Pay & Schedule

• Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
