About the role
ST6 Insurance Group is seeking motivated, relationship-focused sales professionals to join our growing team as In-Home Sales Representatives. This role involves meeting with homeowners and families for scheduled in-home consultations, presenting personalized insurance solutions, guiding clients through the sales process, and building lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners and families for scheduled in-home consultations.
- Conduct needs-based consultations to understand each client's goals and insurance needs.
- Present personalized insurance solutions tailored to each client's situation.
- Guide clients through the entire sales process from consultation to policy completion.
- Build lasting customer relationships through professional, face-to-face interactions.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.
- Represent ST6 Insurance Group with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home field sales.
- Current Life Insurance License or the ability to obtain one in accordance with state licensing requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable meeting with clients in their homes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to build trust and develop long-term customer relationships.
