About the role

ST6 Insurance Group is seeking motivated, relationship-focused sales professionals to join our growing team as In-Home Sales Representatives. This role involves meeting with homeowners and families to understand their insurance needs, presenting personalized coverage solutions, and guiding clients through the enrollment process.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with homeowners and families for scheduled in-home consultations.
  • Conduct needs-based consultations to understand each client's goals and insurance needs.
  • Present personalized insurance solutions tailored to each client's situation.
  • Guide clients through the entire sales process from consultation to policy completion.
  • Build lasting customer relationships through professional, face-to-face interactions.
  • Follow up with prospective and existing clients to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.
  • Represent ST6 Insurance Group with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home field sales.
  • Current Life Insurance License or the ability to obtain one in accordance with state licensing requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Comfortable meeting with clients in their homes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to build trust and develop long-term customer relationships.
