Sales Representative

Position Overview

We’re seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team - no experience necessary! In this role, you’ll help homeowners and businesses understand the benefits of solar energy and find solutions tailored to their needs. You’ll build relationships, educate customers, and drive sales in a fast-growing renewable energy industry.

Compensation & Incentives

Compensation: Base pay + uncapped commission
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $75,000 – $200,000+

• Possess strong communication skills and ability to quickly build trust.
• Be customer-focused, passionate about helping customers save money and transition to clean energy.
• Be driven and goal-oriented, self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed.
• Be adaptable, comfortable working independently or on a team in both indoor and outdoor environments.
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
• Previous sales experience is helpful but not required — paid training is provided.
