Sales Representative
Sales Execution & Revenue Ownership
Own the sales process from initial outreach through close, ensuring a professional and consistent client experience.
Conduct structured discovery and sales meetings to assess client needs and determine fit.
Prepare, present, and revise proposals that clearly align scope, pricing, and expectations.
Follow up consistently with prospects and active opportunities to drive decisions forward.
Meet or exceed individual sales targets and pipeline activity expectations.
Prospecting & Pipeline Management
Proactively generate new opportunities through outbound outreach, including cold calls, email campaigns, and follow-ups.
Respond promptly to inbound leads from the website, email, and phone, qualifying and scheduling sales conversations.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Pipedrive, including notes, next steps, deal stages, and close probability.
Manage a predictable pipeline by maintaining required activity levels and conversion benchmarks.
Process Discipline & Collaboration
Adhere to established sales workflows, qualification standards, and handoff procedures.
Partner with the Client Experience Director and internal team members to ensure smooth transitions from sales to onboarding and execution.
Identify gaps or inefficiencies in the sales process and propose practical improvements.
Participate in regular sales reviews, forecasting, and performance check-ins.
Relationship & Brand Development
Represent the company professionally in virtual and in-person networking environments as needed.
Build long-term relationships with prospects and referral partners to support sustained pipeline growth.
Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships or community engagement that align with company goals.
