Lexington, KY – immediate hiring for a high-income, consultative Sales Representative role with no cold calling or door knocking required.

About the role

Pinnacle Roofing is one of the nation’s premier roofing companies, providing best-in-class solutions and service to customers across Kentucky. Sales Representatives focus on serving assigned leads generated by marketing, building a network over time to maximize earning potential. The role does not involve installing roofs, managing production, or generating all leads independently.

• No caps on commissions
• Trained on best-in-class, consultative sales methods
• Supported by a marketing, lead intake, and management team
• Perform in-person inspections at customer’s homes and small businesses (willing and able to climb on roofs to inspect damage)
• Generate estimates and consult customers on the right solution(s)
• Ensure the customer has an excellent experience through job completion
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals
• Track and communicate internally using Pinnacle Roofing’s CRM tool
• Attend and conduct outside sales activities (sales training, trade events, referral engagement, targeted canvassing events, etc.)
• Operate with integrity

Pay

Typical earning potential: $80,000 – $150,000
