Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, which may include, making cold calls, meeting with potential clients and business owners in person.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with distributors, retailers, and automotive service providers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements to meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings and market positioning.
- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and collaborate with internal teams to align customer feedback with product offerings and services.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the automotive aftermarket industry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales role.
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive aftermarket products is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
