Mighty Dog Roofing is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Roofing Sales Superstar. This role offers the chance to electrify your path to financial glory while making a significant impact in the roofing industry.

Responsibilities

• Ignite and maintain a Positive Mental Attitude (PMA) both in the field and office.
• Storm-affected area prospecting and electrifying cold calls.
• Epic property inspections using high-tech gadgets.
• Leading property owners through the insurance claim process.
• Encountering insurance adjusters and crafting a scope of damage.
• Collaborating with adjusters to create a line-item estimate using powerful estimating software.
• Forging contracts with property owners using a set of build Contracts.
• Executing estimating and supplementing techniques.
• Providing support to the production team, securing change orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Aiding the accounts receivable department in successful payment collection.
• Contributing to the achievement of financial goals, ensuring each job's profit margin.

Qualifications

• A Driver's License and vehicle.
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience.
• Knowledge of roofing and construction.
• Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills.
• A self-starter with a thirst for exceeding sales targets.

Compensation

$70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule

Including shifts is helpful and often results in higher applicant flow, even if it’s just sharing normal operating hours, if applicable.
