Summary
The Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales by establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Duties and responsibilities
Develop and implement territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field.
Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualified calls to clients, manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories.
Represent the company’s services, using consumer research as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of customers.
Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential customers.
Cross-train with other sales representatives to ensure that quotas are being met and company standards are being upheld.
Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedules to call on existing and potential customers.
Possess in-depth on service knowledge and be able to answer questions of possible concern from clients and handle objections.
Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other required documentation.
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience - High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate); bachelor’s degree in business administration and/or marketing required. Two or more years of sales experience within a similar industry, which can include customer service, project management, or related field to provide services that customers depend on preferred.
Language Skills – Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, management, and staff. Ability to effectively present information to management, staff, and customers. Ability to interact clearly and effectively, in both written and oral communication, with supervisor, customers, and staff, etc.
Computer Skills - To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet graphics, etc. This role requires an above-average knowledge of Microsoft Office, proficiency with sales management software and CRM.
Other Qualifications - Valid driver’s license is required; Must be able to travel 70-80% of the time; Overnight stays may be necessary.
Moving or relocation experience is preferred but not mandatory.
