Responsibilities
Build lasting relationships with a sophisticated clientele seeking premium BMW vehicles.
Lead clients through a consultative, needs-based sales process tailored to their lifestyle.
Maintain expert-level knowledge of BMW products, technology, and market trends.
Deliver a seamless, luxury buying journey—from first contact through final delivery and beyond.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must be 18 years of age or older.

Estimated Annual Earnings: $70,000–$130,000 This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commission(s) off: Individual Payable Gross Bonuses based on: Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability.
