What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Build strong relationships with customers by listening, asking questions, and understanding their needs
- Present new and pre-owned vehicle options based on customer preferences
- Guide customers through the sales process with confidence and care
- Follow up with leads, appointments, and previous customers
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay current on Honda models, features, and dealership inventory
- Work with a sense of urgency in a high-volume sales environment
- Partner with Sales Managers, Finance, and other team members to ensure a smooth customer experience
