About the role

Spark a New Beginning! Genesis of Las Vegas, Nevada’s only state-of-the-art Genesis dealership is hiring for luxury Sales Representatives. This is a high-impact role for a proven performer who thrives in a luxury automotive environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and sales support
• Manage inventory and ensure vehicles are available for sale
• Build relationships with customers through personalized interactions
• Present vehicles to customers and answer questions about features and benefits
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction
• Participate in training programs to stay current on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year luxury brand dealership (dealership or retail) related experience
• Experience in high-end hospitality settings

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

• Excellent communication skills
