About the role

Elk Grove Ford is seeking enthusiastic, motivated Sales Representatives to join their team. Candidates with any level of sales, customer service, or retail experience are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in finding the right vehicle for their lifestyle and budget
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver an exceptional buying experience
• Maintain product knowledge of new and pre-owned inventory
• Follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and manage your sales pipeline
• Work collaboratively with teammates, sales managers, and finance staff
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

Qualifications

• Any prior sales, customer service, or retail experience welcomed
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated with a positive, energetic attitude
• Able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

Pay

The Monthly Estimated Earnings Range is $4,017.00 - $13,225.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.

Schedule

This is a performance-driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commission off Individual Payable Gross, and Bonuses based on Individual Units Sold and Manufacturer Approvability.
